so this guy calls up and he is getting a lot of lag connecting to his ftp server in the states. he said they tried pinging eastlink and they didn’t get very good ping replies so the problem had to be with us. so i do a tracert to it and on like the 18th hop it lags for a minute or two or so then keeps going and ends at 20. so i tell him this and anyway, this isn’t proof enough for him, cuz he’s an idiot. i hate idiots.
