ok this guy calls up refusing to give me any account info and says “you guys are having problems with your network.” and i am here saying “uhh, not that i know of.” and then he’s saying “yes you are your dns servers are going up and down like a yoyo.” and i’m here saying “umm, no they aren’t.” and he’s saying “you know what a dns server is right. it translates a domain name into an ip address.” and i’m like “yes i realize this.” and he is like “well you might want to check into this then.” and hangs up. so then i ignore the guy’s call and go about my business. here is a hint. don’t call tech support if you don’t want any tech support.
