this woman’s tv keeps turning itself on and changing itself to channel 20. it’s been happening for 2 weeks. i tell her that her tv is broken. she doesn’t believe me. she thinks that it’s a connection loose somewhere outside. i tell her that is impossible. she says she still doesn’t believe me. i tell her to believe it. she hangs up.
